Hello fellow prospectors!
I have a question for you all. In the state of GA, where is it legal to run/ use a stream sluce? I have read a few state Park regulations and they read that panning in streams and rivers is legal, but using a stream sluce is not. So if someone can enlighten me I would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Ive been panning in georgia about 1-1/2 years and the rules say pan and shovel only. I assume a classifier, bucket and tub are ok accessories. definatley no sluice or dredge is allowed except on private property with landowners permission. the Loud mine pay to pan on town creak near Cleaveland Ga allows sluice and dredge. I have spoke to two private camp grounds that alows a sluice on thier creek front property.
