Strong start

This winter being so cold has been hard on me. I've only got to hunt a few hours all month but luckily I've been fortunate to find some decent yards to hunt. My first hunt of 2018 landed me a mercury dime, a 12kgf bracelet, a boy scouts tie slide, a token and a few other goodies. The third hole of my second hunt landed me an 1883 V nickel, a couple wheaties and a dog tax tag.

Then after stepping on the scale I realized just how bad this cold weather has been. Damn I need to shed a few pounds before the big dig. So yesterday I tossed back a 5 hour energy and headed out. I hit a couple more new spots and found 2 rings, a silver heart pendant, a 1919 mercury dime, 4 wheaties, and some other oddities.

It was a much needed good day.
