Sunday afternoon relic finds

[CoinandRelicMan]

Found a few relics of interest this afternoon. A piece of clockwork maybe? One mystery item with two sets of initials,(DW and DT) and a date of 1912 inscribed. Any idea why they initialed and dated the item also am not sure of the items use? And finally a bell of some kind, keep ringing up the relic count!
