Sundays finds for me

nothing to get excited about..but..I did find em with my dfx.. playing around with it.. hit the summer house thats vacant.. got most of the coins there ( just missed by one dang year on the 65 quarter) plus the two kids toys.. then I hit the historic house for a bit..found the outdoor coal bin, buried of course.. and only three coins, all reg. clad.. place is loaded with junk and nails.. so heres my goodies..

BB, wtg! Your gonna learn that machine yet! Glad you got to get out. I hunted around in the yard today and found clad.
But it was still good being outdoors.

Actually I am happy with all clad as it does add up.. the rest will happen when it happens.. today I upped the pre amp to 4 and ac sensitivity to 75..one of the fellows on here told me to try that... did it in relic mode and also coin and jewelry..and I watched the bars and the whatcha ma call ems too LMAO

but what I do NOT understand is this... I will get a solid 25cent signal.. dig it..and its a smushed beer can? whats up with that? thats a heck of alot bigger then a quarter?

When you crank up the ac, thats just one of the costs. In time you will be able to tell if its a bigger target when you pinpoint it. Also watch for the OVERLOAD to come up on those signals, because that is usually a can. It all takes time and I have been in the same spot you are when I got my DFX. 8)

I pay no attention to the VDU on my machine. Keep clearing to rubbish & learn the sounds.
