Sunrise at the meadows..

Got an early start this morning walking down into the meadows..gate locked..

it's a nice quarter mile stroll,I'm in no rush,lots to see along the way,nothing better than wild Concord Grapes..

I'll know by the smell in the air when their ready,other things you can tell by the smell in the air too..skunky anyone?

Gotta be pretty quick with these buggers..

I know what you mean. Those Killdeer never sit still. They'll fake an injury of a wing to lure predators away from their nest
