I got a UV filter on that lens. Then I shoot in landscape mode and can adjust the white balance. I don't understand the camera that well but sometimes it comes out pretty good. Thanks, y'all.

I meant to say, "Did you USE a polarized filter"... which I'm assuming a UV lens is the same as a polarized lens?
Either way, excellent shots! I might have to get a filter for mine sometime and try it out at the beach & at sunset....
