Surprise among the Junk!

Went back to a spot where I've been finding a ton of square nails to try to find something non ferrous. Got a couple of rim fire shell casings, a few pieces of lead and finally got a solid low silver reading on the machine. Clean-up was a surprise. Most of the stuff found at this location has been from the late 1800's. First match holder I've ever found.

Writing on bottom is in German (D Colnlr Dom). Looks like abbreviation for "the Cologne Cathedral".
