Need help with this either picture hanger or suspender clip. Need help identifying it and age of it and manufacturing info.

It appears to say "Tailor Made", so I would assume men's clothing related. The logo might be an owl with something either side of it, but I don't recognise it as a maker's mark.

I think what I found is the metal piece that is part of trousers at the top of zipper that you slide the latch bar over the piece I found.

I'm got the same item I found a few years ago, definitely clothing related or strap, I've always thought maybe garter belt
