Sweeeet Looking 1899 Quarter and 1864 I.H. This A.M.

Had a Chance to get out this a.m. and M.D. , First stop was a Old School Yard , Found a 1899 quarter in FINE shape and a 1864 I.H. in somewhat good shape. Found the quarter first and almost came Home 'Started to Rain" , I stayed and 3 feet away was the I.H. from 1864... Made My Day !!!

Thanks Serg. it was Heads up in the hole so that's probably why it has the scratches , other than them its in Fine shape for being that old?

I think you underestimate the condition of that quarter. It looks to have AU 50 details, but with environmental damage (the fine scratches on the obverse). Too bad that 1899 is such a common year.

Thanks for the Cuddos and thoughts, I have to get some Coin Holders since I'm getting some nice one's now. I am so new at all this But Got Hooked Quick!!! I almost did a back flip when I found it But My Fake Leg would have flew off ? LOL Between My fake right leg and Bad Back I am limited to how much time I can walk and bend over M.D. ing...I would still be Out Digging if I were a few years Younger and in better shape lol Peace Garry
