I found this back where an old railroad used to run around World War II, I've seen other artifacts online with similar markings but now I've googled my life away and can't find anything! Any help is appreciated, Thanks image.webp

They look natural to me ... I'm sure some others will chime in that can offer some opinions

You have a piece of stone..."probably limestone " with fossil shellfish in it
