Taste Great/ Less filling

Any diggers in here that went from an Equinox 900 to a Manticore? What is your experience with both? I'm both a relic digger and a salt beach digger and waffling on which to get, price not being an issue. I'm not into tweaking programs. I have seen at least one post about issues with connectivity with charging cable and headphones as well with the Manticore so that concerns me a little.
