I confused. Do you want a "water machine" or, are you just interested in the Tesoro instead? I would offer no more than $150.00 for the used GS2, because you may need to send it to Tesoro for a tune up and that is going to cost you at least $50 + shipping.

If you want a water machine, be on the lookout for a used Tesoro Tiger shark, good for water, just okay for land. If you want TID and good for land and water, the brand new White's MX Sport or the AT
