Could it be a size limitation change? Loaded my Sherriff Gumby ok, but thats a "gif" and pretty small.

I am using my android phone. How come some peoples pics are big and others are really small. No t sure if that makes sense but have always wondered

Tried to upload a photo from my hard drive to the forum "garage sale finds" today. It would not upload, so I went into my image software, and reduced the photo down to 1/4th the original size, (2 inch x 2.5 I believe at 92 dpi) and it still would not upload.
