My wife feeds a stray, she says it's good to keep one coming around.

Well, she's out of town for a week or so I busted out the door this morning to do a little detecting at a park I've been wanting to get to.

Yeah, I forgot to feed the cat...

When I got back I found this at his normal free food spot near the garage door.

I don't know what it is, but I'm currently taking this as a warning to not skip tomorrow morning's feeding.

Oh yeah, the penny was one of a hoard of junk clad and bottle caps at the park-

Nothing like a subtle message from the cat. He's sending you a message.....

That's a good candidate for the Road Kill Cafe´ menu.

That looks like the neighbor kid's pet gerbil.

Obviously, they didn't feed the stray either...

Looks like Alvin the chipmunk didn't sit well as a meal and became a hairball

Welcome to the Road Kill Cafe!

Some animals will bring kills back to share. It's good for the relationship to let cat know you enjoyed it.

It's a mummified something. You should sell it on Ebay. People sell mummified animals on that site all the time. You will be rich.:tongue3:

I believe that mess was formerly known as a "bird".

Cat's do have a subtle way of expressing themselves...:help:

Make a friend of that stray, get it spayed or neutered (there's places
that do it for free on strays), and you'll likely find yourself with a great cat,
and fewer mice around the place. All of my cats were feral at one time,
and with great patience I got them socialized. Best cats I've ever had,
but they don't care much for strangers....

Agreed,,, list as a religious item... that you saw a vision when you found it...

That it spoke to you and asked to be put on ebay as to be sold to bring good fortune and luck to purchaser.

:P

My next door neighbor works at a vet's office. She catches up the neighborhood strays and they use them for... *ahem* training the new vets.

The cat is a brute- he's (more properly IT's) a big dang cat.

I've always called him Knothead.

After depositing the warning, I'm now calling him Sir Knothead.

The first pic the top looks like an eye and beak looks like a bird head

Sir Knothead is appropriate. Make sure he has all his shots.
