Two different Federal Reserve Banks. J is Kansas City, and F is Atlanta. You have 10 more banks that can have the same numbers. Good luck in your search!

I Never Knew that was Even Possible.
I would have Been trying to Figure out Which one was Counterfeit

Have you seen these types of Matched pairs, and this one pictured is the only known one of its kind. It is a double matched pair in sequence. I found and brought them all together, sent them in and had them graded and slabbed together. This was a big oops by the Federal Reserve who placed 2 separate orders for 2013 B (New York) Star notes, $1 denomination, but they accidentally authorized the printing of some serial numbers that had already been printed. The first printing was done at the DC printing facility, and then the second printing with some overlapping serial numbers was printed in FW.

The FEDs ought to be stumbeling for words on this one ! Lucky find !
It did take a FOIA request to get them to admit their blunder. All kudos for the entire projects discovery and start to look for matched pairs goes to Ed Zegers and Karol Winograd, and their original core group. None of this was started by the current 2013B Project guy PastExpiry out of Canada, he is just the one gathering the current lists people want to submit, yet not share the lists, and when pairs are made, his name seems to be listed on the grading labels, as he brags on the auction sales of pairs he “brings together” from his list that he begs everyone to submit to, yet won’t share the lists publically. Yet the original founders were gentlemen, only concerned with the hobby and sharing information, but as we all got older, life’s challenges forced our retirement from the topic. So sad. God bless us all as we delve into our twilight years.
