I think it might be medieval and possibly worn by a royal family (King :icon_king: or Queen :icon_queen:).
If it was removed on the black market :icon_pirat: from the country of origin, there might be a grand reward for its return :laughing7:

Looks like the sea battered it around a bit. But it should still fetch a pretty penny at a local auction.
