It has rained hard here for the last hour. Hope it made the ground soft. We needed it bad. The cracks were so big the Ranchers had to pull some steers out of them. Some of the farmers have lost tractors in them.

I was hoping all the tall tales would be too big for those cracks in the ground, but guess I was wrong.

Hey Burdie what ever happened to the T-Shirt idea?

We have some shirts made and will take more orders for anyone that wants to have one. They have three spares and will also ship to you.

So I know I'm not on the list, but I'm still thinking of trying to leave early Saturday morning to come out there so I can finally meet some of my friends. I won't plan on detecting or anything that's lined up for those on the attendance list, but I'd still really like to meet everyone. It's quite a long drive to do by myself, but I'm strongly consider doing it anyway. I'll find out for sure as the week comes to an end. I'd leave on Friday, but I have college classes and some other stuff that's not allowing it. But anyway, I hope to see everyone if I can... :)

HEY, Just got home from work, got supper going and decided to check in.

COOL! J.D. It's going to be great to see you again, I'm glad you are going to be able to come.

Oh, this is great that JD's attending. From what I can see from the attendant listing, 16 of us were at JD's last year, so can't wait to see all of y'all again and get to meet new friends. ;D

Ok, just for fun I'm bringing some Mardi Gras Doubloons (6) & 1 Krewe of Caesar Medallion bead necklace...this can be in the drawing for the adults or for the kids attending drawing. The hiking sticks are finished and ready to go.

Also, ladies if you would like a packet of flower seeds (Texas Star Hibiscus, Jewel of Opar and a "air potato" seeding), shoot me a PM. I can explain the "know how" to grow them.

;) RR

I know, friend... it's just a really long trip for me to make. Gas costs makes it suck worse... but I really want to meet you all finally!! I'm probably going to do it, I've just waited all this time to decide because I'm up here at college and I wanted to be sure my schedule was clear before I made any commitments. I'll give it my best to be there though! ;D

Bran,

Would love to meet ya! You have a short drive compared to some of us. If you can, come on and join the fun!
