the best way to clean srimp by far is,soaking them in seltzer water for 3 hours and the shels s come off by them self including the black strip!happy eating!

These east coast shrimp are small! Don't even stretch all the way across a nine inch paper plate.

That's only a small one!! See the 8 & 8 1/2 incher below.

Twist the heads off and use a deveiner to pop the vein and shell off in one smooth movement.
You can get the deveiner at Publix and possibly wally world.
