That 1916 Mercury doesn't happen to have a D mint mark on the back does it?????

Looks like a 1918 merc to me but i couldnt see a mint mark , Congrats on the finds :occasion14: dang the luck on the penny date :(

Congratz on what looks to have been a fun hunt!

Congrats on the successful field hunt. It's a whole lot different than hunting yards in town. My passion is to hunt old yards in town yet I enjoy the fields, especially in autumn.

Might not got as much as you hoped for on this trip, but one turn of the field even a good disc and scratching can make the world of difference in the finds department.

Still that's a pretty good return for hunting the corn field, I've had a lot worse hunts and would be smiling after getting these finds.

HEY 64 YOU GOT SOME NICE FINDS FOR SURE .....

Nice day of digging

pesky brass rivets, now get some roundballs, keys, crotal bells and Spanish silver. DIGITALL:-))
