The most amazing day for me ever!

[Indiana_Brandon]

Today started out like any other day besides the fact we had a good down poor for awhile this morning so as soon as it ended I headed out. I hit one of my permissions that I have hit what I thought pretty good. Well I get a real jumpy signal going between 60s up to 89 and at first was going to pass on it but thank The Lord I changed my mind and dug it. What I dug was 8 coins in the same hole & 7 of them we're silver!!! Every-time I figured "that has to be all" BOOM my pin pointer would ring out I just couldn't believe it!
After about the 4th coin I had to stand up and recollect myself slow down to be sure not to damage anything do to being excited. I know there are a lot of you on here that do this regularly and it's not that big of a deal but for me this is just the type of hunt I pray for every time I go out!!! So blessed to be able to do this amazing hobby!! HH everyone and good luck!

I had a large coin spill once. Found $2.72 in clad nickels, dimes, quarters, memorial and zincoln pennies. Most silver coins I've found in a day were three. So you better believe I would be THRILLED to find 7 silver coins in the same hole. Excellent find!

Big Congrats on wonderful haul! They could've been a coin spill, but possibly came from a small cloth purse that had rotted away underground. If I'd dug such a spill, I'd be laughing and crying at the same time. Andi

Way to go man. Nice finds. That might have made me do the digger show back flip.

Thank you everyone!! I truly was shocked still grin about it as I think about digging them & I think I will remember that find for ever! And as history preservers, relic hunters, treasure hunters, whatever you want to call us you know as well as I it's awesome to be able to share these finds & stories with each other Bc "we just get it" where as other people might just be like o that's neat or whatever. Can't wait for the next finds and to see what everyone else brings in as the year rolls on. As always HH everyone and good luck!! Thanks again

I loved reading the excitement in your post. Congratulations! I once had a day like yours five years ago, and I still cherish that memory. The site of my coin spill is now a housing development. You may consider keeping those coins together in a display case. As individual coins, they are just not nearly as meaningful as they are as a group.

Congrats quite the silver haul! Nice!

Congratulations on finding such a great coin spill. I know how exciting they are, earlier this year I had a merc and 3 buffalo nickels in the same hole.
