well went back to the field I have been hunting for months that gave up the silver ring the other day. after about an hour of swinging I get a nice 68 on my at pro. dug the plug and at the bottom of the plug was a gold ring. I just yelled out "BOOM".. 18kt with what I hope are real diamonds. I really thought this field was done and now gold ring.. this hobby is crazy.. i'll be back at it again, for sure..

That seems like a surprisingly high number to me ( though i'm not familiar with the AT Pro) I think of many detectors hitting
that at a low of 18 and maybe a high of 30 - Nice find !

Hey sweetrelease!! CONGRATS!! Really Nice Ring!! Hope your Diamonds are REAL!! Anyway, GOOD LUCK and GOOD HUNTING!! VERDE!!

Great looking ring. An awesome find. Congratulations.

Great ring!!!! Congrats!

very nice ring, but that number is a little high for 18k isn't it? that is very close to zinc on my gold... just asking

It was 58 not 68 lol.. I put 68 on another site also.. I have to prove read my post better ..haha

Nice find! Thanks for sharing...

Looks like a very nice ring, would like see a pic of it after ya clean the dirt off..

Been quite some time since I had the pleasure of gold in my hole.

Got to like the surprises, and a 18 K is a great one.

nice chunky one with stones too...hope they're real..seems to me that an 18kt gold ring should have real stones, of course I never found a big chunky 18kt ring with stones....so, keeping fingers crossed for you.

That looks sweet! I can't wait for my first GOLD find. Congrats!!

With such a heavy setting around the stones , that is indicative of an older piece of jewelry , great find

cubic zirconia would have excessive rainbowish colors shooting out compared to diamonds, this does not look like that. Super find :)

NICE!...That is one of the prettiest ring I have seen. 18K..The stones aught to be real...Show it cleaned up when you can..Congrats.

My first ring was a 68 on the at pro. 14k solid band at 8 grams.

Nice find OP

Looks like the real deal to me. Great find.

Congratulations! That's a great find, don't keep us in suspense, let us know if those stones are real diamonds or not, either way, that's a great find, thanks for taking the time to share. HH

Nice digs . Thanks for the pics
