Hit the new field again today the one that produced the amazing finds of Wednesday, being so close to the sea the wind chill factor seemed like minus 10 but nothing was going to stop me today, again I was hunting with my buddy Michael he had the first find a bent Hammered of Edward1 and quickly followed it up with a Saxon fragment of Cruciform Brooch two nil to Michael. Not to be out done I had my fist silver of the day a cut half short cross Hammered not sure of king might be a John, that was the morning session over. After lunch I was quickly back on the Silver a Roman Faustina JR Denarius, Draped Bust Right, Pudictia Standing Left, Sacrificing over Alter(I Think :P) again not to be out done Michael also had one haven't ID this one yet but I think it might be Antoninus Pius, a couple of later coins showed up in the form of a 1819 George111 Shilling (Michael) and a 1897 Victorian Florin(Two Shillings) found by me. Later in the day I had my second Roman Silver a Lucius Verus Denarius, Bare Head Right, Proventia Standing Left, Holding Globe and Cornucopia. On the way back to the car Michael had a Amazing eyes only find in the form of a Bronze Age Barbed & Tanged Flint Arrowhead some 3,500 thousand years old Another Great Day TK
