note, harry reid voted nay so that he could bring the amendment up again. Vigilance must continue.

I plan on contacting the nays to let them know we will campaign to see they lose the next election....

yep, that is my plan as well. We have got to regain common sense in this country. Politics based on emotion must come to an end.

If you guys feel the need to vote based on 1 issue, that's your problem. I doubt the rest of America sees it that way.

Newtown families...? Gabby...? INTERESTING, indeed...

far more than one issue. That is completely outa whack. the fight for the second is related to all major difficulties that we face in this nation.
And I don't like your assumption that I am incapable of seeing more than one problem at a time. Maybe your just lashing out in the throes of
lamentation.

If you guys feel the need to vote based on 1 issue, that's your problem. I doubt the rest of America sees it that way.

Yes we do consider and vote based on if someone supports the constitution or not, that is just the way we are... If they don't support the constitution then they have nothing to say I am interested in.. I am not interested in freebies or bribes.....

I vote based on if they support the Constitution it's Bill of Rights and America, they can't support one and not the others....

As much as anything else in our country matters, the Bill of Rights protects our God given rights to protect ourselves - yours and mine. What will you do when the criminals kick down your door? Beg?

Even you emotional leftists here - think about that. And if you can't think, then don't vote!

Horror delivered by a small few shall not interfere with my personal rights as a citizen under the Constitution and Bill of Rights! And if you leftists are emotional about that, that's YOUR problem, and not the problems of CLEAR thinkers.

Remember, Hitler, Stalin, and Mao depended on the Leftists..... Look what they gave them!

The problem with this kind of info is when voting time comes, it seem like 99% of the voters completely forget what when where and who did what.
And make their decision based on commercials and what whats their names say on msmbc.

Speaking of msnbc, I put people on my ignore list for the same reason I don't watch the aforementioned entity.

Why was there no room on Air Force one for those victims parents who were against the bull our king is pushing. Wake up!

Why has he not shown any concern for the deaths and famlies in Libya scandal..........

My state had a yea and a nay. I contacted Harkin and he wrote or shall I say his intern wrote me back saying he believes we need more gun control. He will be out of office next election.

my sen. is patty murry. I have voted against her every time I could. Maybe next time.

My senator (New) I think likes to munch on a carpet for lunch:dontknow:....... loser.

I was not surprised to see that both of my senators voted for the bill, Vt. has become one of the most liberal states in this country. Our natural resources and rural countrysides have drawn people here from all around, and driven out the residents who can't afford the new taxes, or lack of employment opportunities.

The one thing that we do have is a rich history of indepentant thinker's, and a rich and strong pride in gun ownership. Even our liberal Gov. has stated that he will not sign any restrictive gun measures, and even though some tried, no bills advanced out of committee.

Bevo, you need to be commended, along with TH, for keeping this issue in the limelight! My Constitutional rights are very important to me and I'm tired of seeing the constant erosion of these rights, especially to make some feel good law that in the long run won't do what it's intent was. Let's keep moving forward, and I'm with you for the long haul!
