Who ever “they” are! One buyer in Denver is buying non 999 silver again, I guess the refiners caught up! One refiner in Illinois said about January they will buy again.

i noticed that too as i am a estate clean out guy and have been hoarding sterling for over a year....i sell my goild i find metal detecting but always found it odd that pawnshops did not buy anything but silver bullion...until recently...sign of times i guess works for me tho
