Looks to me like you found quite a bit just getting through the rust. I can't wait to see what lies in the next layer. Way to go and some great pics!

It's nice to see all of you back on the trail again. . . that looks like a really interesting place and a fun way for the girls to get around.

Take care & HH

OH my goodness! :o You hit the jackpot on horseshoes! Looks like you girls had an awesome time!

Congrats!!! Nana

Love the pictures!

Couple of interesting medicine bottles in that find. Also looks like a couple of old window weights. But just think of the history of all those horse shoes. Just makes me wonder about who rode that horse/mule what they did for a living the things they experienced.

Yep, you're still the Queen of Rust. Looks like the Princesses had fun. ;D

ahh your just a queen everyday!!!
lots of finds there and it looks like you all had a great trip!!!

Well, it must be ladies week...me, you & Nana all had a good day's hunt with some pretty dang finds. Great finds at the lumber camp...love all the horseshoes and man, you got a few nice bottles too. Glad you and the girls were able to get out and enjoy the good life.

;) RR

That's the thing I love about you, Gypsy. You're willing to tackle those trashy, iron-laden old house sites. There are certainly rewards out there for all your work. At sites like those you can be sure that if you didn't recover the items they might never see daylight again--because someone without your dedication might hit the site if it got detected at all. I remember one Tnet member named HillBilly found his first silver--an 1839 seated dime in a trashy site. He posted the pounds and pounds of junk and junque that he dug out to get the dime. I thought that was a nice touch to his post. Good luck to you and all your hard work.

Regards,

Buckleboy

well you got enuff horseshoes to set up a horseshoe throwing pit now --

Judging by those relics, you're in the right spot for old coins.

Congratulations on those bottles!

Aren't horse shoes suppose to bring good luck?..if so Gypsyheart the rest of the year looks golden for you.

Yeah...silver has to be there. Look at all that old stuff. Can't tell me someone lost all that junk, but not a few coins. I hope you find 'em!

I agree surely gotta be some coinage around there somewhere. Hope you pull out that coinage on the next hunt.
