My copy is a Rio Grande Press Classic reprint of the edition first printed in 1936. It contains a Publisher’s Preface and an Introduction by Karl von Mueller. The title of the book is not correct as it also contains stories of treasure sought but not found. For example, Chapter 7 is on the Oak Island treasure and Chapter 8 is about the Cocos Island treasure.

1. The Blockade Runners’ Treasure Safe
2. Billy Bowlegs’ Blood-Stained Treasure
3. The Treasure-Trove of Casco Bay
4. The Golden Books of the Mayas
5. A Treasure that was Found and Lost (Vera Cruz treasure)
6. The Treasure of the Hidden Crater (Valverde treasure)
7. Hunting the World’s Most Mysterious Treasure (Oak Island)
8. The World’s Most Sought-for Treasure (Cocos Island)
9. Salvaging the Spanish Galleon (Silver Shoals)
10. Our Second Voyage to the Silver Shoals
11. Dredging the Treasure of the Golden Hind
12. Digging Treasures from Ancient Graves
13. Truth that is Stranger than Fiction
14. The Treasure Ship that Vanished
15. The Lost Mine of Tisingal
16. Treasure Hunts in Home Waters
17. The Most Successful of all Treasure Hunts (Laurentic)
18. The Greatest of all Treasure Hunts (Lusitania)
Appendix
1. Hints for Treasure Hunters
2. Authentic Unrecovered Treasures in America
3. List of Treasures Actually Known to have been Recovered or Salvaged in Recent Years

I just mailed this one to my grandson. I consider it a good introduction to reading about lost treasure.
