Thinking about taking the plunge for the Garrett and Lesche

Hey guys,

So after doing tons of research I've decided to take the plunge and get a Garrett pro pointer and Lesche digger. This will hurt the bank a bit but i dont want to buy something and have it break or fail down the road only to spend more time and money. I want something that works.
If anyone and i mean ANYONE has one of these or both, and would consider selling it to me please let me know. I dont expect to walk away with these two items for under $100 but would like keep my spending around that if possible. Anyone?

Does anyone know how the Gator diggers compare to a Lesche? I read somewhere that Mr. Lesche sold out of his company and founded Gator, but I don't know if that's true or not.

Does anyone know for sure how they pronounce the name? Is it one syllable or two? "lesh" or "Leshy"? I've heard it both ways.

Get a good pair of gloves too! Shoving your hand into holes you made in the ground and finding the sharp edge of an aluminum can or pull tab can end a day of metal detecting pretty quick.

From what I've heard: Mr Lesche passed away years ago, and his two children continue the tradition under the Lesche name. One owns Predator tools, the other owns WW Manufacturing. Gator is a KellyCo product, not associated with Lesche in any way to my knowledge.

Makes sense why Kellyco bundles their propointers with the shovels. Is there anyone that bundles the Leshe with a propointer to your knowledge?
