My buddy called me last night and told me he was taking off today to do some MD'ing. I told him I had to work but when I got out this morning the bug hit me. I called my boss and told him I was going to be sick starting at 11am. He knows me too well so off I went to my favorite spot. Called my buddy to meet me there. We started hunting and I was using the White's machine. I found a '64 rosie, so I had silver. It wasn't long until I heard him holler and I went to see what he had found. It was a 1911 Barber Dime, his first and one on my wish list. I found several wheats and a fair amount of clad. I decided to give the Ace 250 with the sniper coil a shot. After picking up a few more wheats and clad, I got a penny reading on the meter and figured why not....man was I surprised when the 1901 IH popped out (MY FIRST). Soooo, Nick..you know what we talked about..I started thinking..You have been at a great disadvantage my friend..The weather up there has been to say the least..crappee...We might have to redo until you get better hunting wx. HH and GL all.
