This is what hard rain does to ploughed field

The last 3 hunts have produced some nice stuff since the deluge Sunday.We got over an inch of rain,needed it BAD.



First hunt scored what I believe is a cufflink



A couple buttons



Second one got some suspender hardware a nice key and a rosette with a piece of strap still in it.




Third I got a watch winder,3 IH's one being a fatty and my 5th seated in 2 months.

Very nice relic finds! Dime has some good detail, nice IH's and I love the key!
Congrats on the silver! That reminds me, I better check those things i think are rivet backs more carefully.
Congrats Chris nice hunt, even if it was a little gooey out there.

We are still waiting for some rain, it heads this way then dissipates. Makes targets easier to find and dig.
Supposed to get some Monday....as long as it's not Sunday, I'm good. One more tot lot, then the sports fields.
Many have told me, get into the plowed fields or the water! I will try to do that, I have a scoop, just need to get a longer shovel.

As I have said before the last time this field was turned was over 60 years ago.

The meteorologist can say what they want...want to know the weather..look out the window.

One of those tot lots will give you a BIG surprise when you least expect it!

I hope you're able to get his permission Chris, and it turns out to be a great site for you. Ive been retired for two week now and haven't been able to get out yet. How I was able to get all my chores done while working full time and still have time to detect is beyond me.

Nice and moist did that rain make the ground,did it help you ask,well....it sure didn't hurt.... anything nonferrous gets the shovel.
