The archeologist at Kansas State used to go through my stuff and rattle off type, age and material origin but it never stuck with me. Maybe hanging around here will teach me something? Thanks. And that little triangle is ALL business! Sharp as a needle! I believe the archeologist called all of my triangle points like that "Wichita" points.
I think the triangles are jughill which are preforms to washita. The triangles are the most common points I find.
The black material might be Galesburg chert. And the other lighter black with speckles I’ve been told is another local material.
