[john glassman]

I like this rootbeer extract bottle anyone else got a favorite one too?

[sunrunner]

I like that one also . dug one in a dump on Staten island.

[unclemac]

here is an odd one from the beach i have shown before too...Northrup and Sturgis Flavoring Extract

[plugcutter84]

I bought the same one for my sister for Christmas last year, she married a Knapp so it seemed appropriate!

[unclemac]

i still make my own rootbeer every summer using great grandpa's kit...bottle capper, enamel canning cauldron etc...best stuff ever.

[Mich. Wolverine]

I used to use a Large Glazed Ceramic Pot.
It eventually disappeared.
probably in the fire when the Garage Burned.

I still have the old Capper though.

Nice Bottles !

Only one I have still has the Extract in.
I gave up on making Root beer right before I used it.
either Late 70's or 80's so I'm fairly confident that is not a 98 on the bottom .
86 Maybe if it's a date

[unclemac]

that bottle takes me back!

[jeff of pa]

I don't clean mine. Not even the ones I make root beer in.
Extra Flavoring just kidding !
I've tried CLR on Dug Bottles has worked some.
But I have a hard time with Dug Bottles also.
nothing seems to be perfect
