if you get pulled over for dui
dont blow
you lose your license here in illinois for 6 months for refusing to blow
ask for an attorney to be present (no attorney will show up till the afternoon)
in which time you will be sober and off a dui rap just a mandatory 6 month for failure to comply
but you get a "hardship" for to and from work

BREATH TEST OPERATOR LICENSE EXPIRED -- An Illinois Breath Test Operator must possess an unexpired operator’s license, or the breath test result is inadmissible. Licenses expire automatically every 3 years.
