Not trying to burst your bubble or nothing but you could get that Eagle off of eBay for that price or less. Same goes for the proof sets. Just saying... :BangHead::dontknow:

I don't know about getting it for 45 now being a proof. Sense silver has went up regular silver rounds has went up to dang near 40 on the bay and proof carry a pretty good premium around 50 from what I'm seeing.

Not saying it was a bad deal or anything, just saying it wasn't a great deal or anything extraordinary. The deals can still be found on the bay if your willing to play the game. Here's one that sold last week for $40 + $5 shipping- 2002 Silver American Eagle Coin with U. S. Mint Box "one ounce proof'' | eBay

As for the proof sets, were they at least the 10 coin sets that include the statehood quarters? They can also be found for the same price (with shipping included) or less on the bay. If it was the 5 coin sets then you paid too much, for sure. Just sayin... might as well stay home and shop, save your gas.
