I checked askart and worthpoint for you on this. Sorry no results. Of course the best thing to do when it comes to buying art is buy what you like. If it's worth a ton of money then that's just a bonus. : )

Anything on the back? What type of framing is it in?

This is likely a child's work with no value.

Not trying to be cheeky, but 99.9999% of art is worth about what you felt comfortable paying for it and if you're happy, that's all that matters.

i totally disagree with it being child's art. value on the other hand who knows but definitely not a child's work.

Maybe this was him; Myron A. Miller

CHILLICOTHE: Myron A. Miller, 65, of Chillicothe, died 9:36 am, October 7, 2017, at his home, following an extended illness.

He was born August 23, 1952 in Chillicothe to the late Harry and Margaret Romans Miller. On May 21, 1998 he married Angela M. Turner, who survives. Also surviving is his son, Scott Miller, of Chillicothe; a granddaughter; and a brother, Gary (Vickie) Miller, of Chillicothe. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael and Mark Miller.

Myron was a US Army veteran, a professional painter and worked in environmental services. He loved to fish with his wife.

Thank you for the input....I thought the artist had skill...and liked it enough to buy it and not break the bank :)
