Either it is fixed or what I tried fixed it for myself, I loaded up IE on my laptop and tried to change my avatar and it worked, then switched back to chrome on my main rig and now it works on there too, lemme try a pic in the post

Everything seems fine for myself right now. I did have issues about an hour ago.

Adm is fixing the problem now...

The problem is that treasurenet has so many attachments that we split them across two hard drives.. One of those hard drives is full, so we're working to move it to somewhere else. We should have this sorted out today at some point (however moving over 100GB of images around can take time)..

Is it a picture you tried to post before yesterday and it failed. Any picture that failed needs to be renamed or change the composition by reducing or increasing it by at least 1% otherwise server thinks it is one you already posted and it will display the failed picture instead of new picture.

Go to your profile or look to the left of your posts on PCs, it does not show on smart phones
