Today, an insulator and bromo seltzer

Nothing special to post today.. I spent most of the morning looking for a new bottle pit to dig. Unfortunately, I didn't find a new pit. I found a few newer bottles in a ravine and after examining them and doing a little probing I decided to move on. Thats when I saw the little cobalt blue bottle. Sure enough, Bromo Seltzer. Since I love the color so much, I had to pick it up. After leaving, this area I stopped at another place to walk around and found this nice insulator. It was probably part of someone's collection years ago and was tossed away.

Great finds. I still haven't found my first insulator yet but I think they are great. HH

This one looks alot like one that i posted on here not too long ago that belongs to a co-worker. They are very heavy and its cool to see the air bubbles in them.

Glad you got out. That looks like a Hemingray 145

Thanks surf. You are spot on correct on the Hemingway. I was reading up on emerson drug company and they were the leading maker of cobalt blue glass.
