Today i was metal detecting in lithunia close to manor and found this lock how old could this be

Wow that old but is there even anything to restore like i am thinking putting it in vinegar

Sweet old lock! I would give it an electrolysis bath for sure.

...Neat find! ...no expert here, but it looks like a later 1800s (1870 - 1900) lock commonly used by the various railroads of the era ... possibly earlier (1850s-)
...If indeed it was used by a RR company, it will (most likely) have a mark or lettering stamped into the faceplate metal ... cleaning up may reveal this ... bear in mind, that these locks were also used by individuals ...

...post us some pics (both sides) if ya clean it up ...

Yes, If it was mine I'd also clean it in homemade Electrolysis Bath and then maybe hit it with some black spray paint.
