Nice patina and edge work. Man it was cold out today but the deer were moving.

Nice looking scrapers. Always good to get out cold or hot. We might get some snow this week. It would be hard to see them if that happens.

Thanks guys deer were really moving heard plenty of gun fire it was 15 at my house yesterday morning

It was cold and wet here, the high today was only 38 with a 15mph north wind, we got close to 3 in. of rain so far and more to come tomorrow . Maybe this rain will wash some of these leaves out of the creeks, but more are falling. The deer was for sure on the move.

Heck yeah rack my creeks turned last weekend and has opened up some good-stuff . I hope yours do the same ... Bucks in full rut my 12 year old son shot his first by himself hunting alone 4 point I could smell the buck before I walked up on him haha ... And thanks Kat for your comments always nice

I was driving home from work last night and saw a deer run rite out in front of a car. I saw the legs in the lights and thought it made it but no luck for the deer. 2 cars in front of me and it landed on the hood of the first car. So far I have been real lucky and havent hit one. They run from the hill tops at night down to the river for water every night.

I really feel for you guys, and your temps down there.

Friday was in the 50's here, the guy I was bow hunting with put a bad hit on a decent buck at sunset. We went at first light to recover him, and it was down to 4 degrees. It was also the rifle opener, and I got to spend it finishing an archery hunt. We found him after about 2 hours of looking, the coyotes hadn't got him and he was still warm and limp.:-)

I was shocked the deer was still on the side of the road when I drove by tonight. It was a cold day and usually somebody will grab a deer that has been hit and take it home for dinner. Must of been cause it was raining.
