did not come in. the new vault teller said she forgot to order them. she sure does forget frequently. i miss the other vault teller that left. she never forgot and was very nice to me.

Yeah, sure does make a difference when you have a spot on vault teller and even better when they are very nice. I am lucky to have one that meets both of those descriptions. Maybe you should bring her in some cookies or something...make it harder to forget your order. lol

You have to call them on order day as soon as the bank opens to give them a reminder.
