Got out again today despite my broken foot, and hit a new park for about 2 hours...found a small brass tag with numbers on it (there is a pool at the park, maybe for a locker?) and another piece of brass that has been clipped on both sides (lawn mower?) and pressed flat....I can almost make out a full name on the front (Jeffery W Newton?) and under that it has L.P.T. On the back I can barely make out FT. Worth,
and under that there is what appears to be some numbers...weather it is a phone number or not, I am not sure of...There are other words on the front, under the L.P.T. but I just can't make them out...any ideas on what this is? Also, once again, at a park, I find an empty shell casing, this time from a Luger...(Why always at parks?). Then, just as the sun was going down, I find my third wheat of the year, a 1955 D! Well, that was a great way to end the nite....but guess where I will be early tomorrow? You got it, back at the park trying to find some more! Had about six or so dimes, a nickle, a quarter, and around ten or so pennies....Was also a fair amount of petrified wood as well...
As always, thanks for looking,
