I'm essentially going back over spots I gridded off with the AT Pro standard coil. Using the M1 program I am pulling a lot of old coins. My biggest struggle with the Pro is it falsing on iron at depth and digging lots of deep holes to just find a nail. However, with the Legend when I get a repeatable deep signal it ahs usually been something good. This weekend plan to re-grid the same area I just did with the M1 program but using the M2 program and see what else/different it locates. Still learning...I’m an AT Pro fan, myself, and had the darndest time learning to ground balance with the Legend. Because the Pro ground balance button is on the lower right, I kept turning the unit off. All in all, the Legend is quite a machine.
I agree with your assessment of the AT Pro, my AT Max does the same on deep iron. The thought of a Re-grid of all my old spots is depressing.I'm essentially going back over spots I gridded off with the AT Pro standard coil. Using the M1 program I am pulling a lot of old coins.
