todays finds on the orchard

A few things I found today after a long search and finding countless nails and many iron shards which I haven't figured out what they are from. Also the white thing on the top is dated 1920 I can't make out the rest of the writing on it. But heres my finds identications are welcome and appreciated.

I really like the dime and the silver button... you found a piece of Aaron really old pocket watch. As far as the bull is the inside of the mouth threaded? Looks like a strap may have looped through the hole..

Where my shovel knicked it its real silvery but I could be wrong lol I'm not good at identifying metals

If the in side of the ring part on the final has rub marks it may not be a final.
