After finding no silver at the new place a couple of days ago I decided to go back and try to work through the old site more slowly and move down a path that led to the back of the place today. Here's what I picked up in the path. The orphan annie badge was fairly shallow, the other two pieces were down in that eight inch layer I think dates back to the very late 1800's
I know now why there's so much led on this place after finding the mold in the picture. Is the other piece a pill container? Any idea the age on those two pieces?
Thanks for looking,
Mark

Lipstick containers..

I've excated a number of the two containers shown on the left of the photo. They're antique womens' lipstick containers.

That decoder pin is too cool. That is the first one released by Ovaltine. Just like Ralphie's in the movie "A Christmas Story"!
