Here are some items found recently ,thought I would share them with you.Not sure about the buckle, it is brass as well as the ring.The smaller item I thought was a watch battery but I don't think so the more I look at it.It has the number 6 or stamped on one side. HB

You should put a fist full of clad in there and you would have got a better response. Great finds from a great site.

Looks like a horse harness buckle.

Ring thing looks pre-Victorian.

I agree... and I think the ring-thing is prolly also tack equipment.

My first thought on the buckle was that it was early to mid 19th c... But now that I think about the number stamped on it I dunno. I'm with the others on the brass ring being Victorian or so. And a little irregularly shaped for a piece of horse equipment I'd say.
