Wow! That Bolan has exceptional edging.
Quite an example

Two very good recoveries and love the material they were made from!

does anyone find actual arrowheads in FL?
Here's a nice Bolen Beveled made of Williston Formation Chert which is pressing the hardly ever seen 4 inch mark. Found in Gilchrist County, Florida

those are not arrowheads

Found this info from Florida natural museum. "
The smaller example, known as a Pinellas point, was the tip of an arrow—a true arrowhead—that was used after about 600 A.D., with the widespread adoption of bow and arrow technology.

These artifacts come from the type collection compiled in the 1950s and ’60s by Ripley Bullen"

Your points are definitely "arrowheads." I think he was referring to the big long Bolen posted by our friend muki. I would assume that it is a knife blade.

may I inquire what are they then? Please enlighten me on there function.
"projectile points", as in atlatl, or sometimes knives or other cutting tools. Projectile point is a much preferred way to classify.... I am coming from the standpoint of an archeologist or curator. You probably have this site saved... https://www.projectilepoints.net/
...notice while they use designations like "Kirk" they use descriptive language like "Side, Corner, and Basal Notched Points" to categorize.
