Token found today

It is about the size of a silver dollar and was found at an old church. I think it is copper. My thinking is that it is die struck so a lot of them must have been made...any idea on what it is??

That is it. It is an Alcoholics Anonymous Anniversary token. The VIII symbolizes 8 years of sobriety or abstinence.

I went to AA a couple times but it made me drink more Depresssing
