Token ID help

[tim185]

I found this at the same park as the button I posted minutes ago. The difference in location is the token was near a place the city tore down an old house to add to a city park area. 4" down. I put a penny next to it for reference. This one's got me stumped.
It has a K stamped on one side. The other side has 400.
Anyone have any ideas or found something similar before?
Again, I thank you in advance.

At first I thought a tool equipment check out tag, but those usually had a hole in them so the tag could be hung on a hook.

I think it is agriculture “pickers token”. Give to the field worker/picker after they turn in what ever it is that they are picking. This one is for 400…whatever’s..

Sentrom,
I think that's a good as guess as any.
Thank you. Tim
