Too perfect!

While digging in my backyard I found this! Is it just a coincidence, or an ancient tool of some sort? It's almost perfectly flat. No cutting marks what so ever. No splitting marks/chips or knicks on any of the edges. Any ideas or is it just a split rock?

That has been sawed with a wet saw.

I would agree with Newnan man. Looks like too clean of a cut to be anything else.
