Let me guess, you got that way from taking all those bags of trash you dug up on the beach back to the garbage dumpsters eh?

Don't worry though, as you grow older all that muscle will turn to flab and you'll have wobble arms as you walk. The gut, well, think of it as an extra support shelf for your goodies bag you will tie around it as you walk down the beach. Bending over might be fun though, but remember, just because you might somehow figure out a way to fit into spandex, doesn't make it right to wear it

Look Kirk. its cool. I dont really care. Keeping yourself healthy is important. If you cant be healthy at your age something is wrong. I dont see you becoming a Arnold Schwartznegger type but, like I said, whatever turns you on, its cool. Im not interested in looking at you or exchanging pictures with you.
