Trade ring and kettle points

Found at a Native American site that dates to the early 1600'S.There were French and Dutch traders that frequented the village. Was wondering if anyone could tell me if the brass ring with stars stamped in it is French or Dutch or any other info about it. Thanks coop

Great finds! don't know much about trade items myself but i would start researching religious missions that may have visited the village. I know around 1600 Jesuit and in the 1700s Moravian missionaries traded rings to the natives but i have never seen any myself, hope this points you in the right direction.
